My vehicle was repaired quickly! That’s always a bonus. So when I ran into an issue with my vehicle, I recalled the Tri-County commercial I had seen days earlier. I gave them a call. I had a hard time explaining what the issue was but Troy proved very knowledgeable and was able to understand what I was attempting to explain. He is very kind. Overall, I am very happy and will gladly return because “they didn’t break the bank”.

We appreciate the communication while our Tahoe was in their shop. They took care with the vehicle and all the work that was done. The front staff when you walk in was so welcoming and made us feel right at home with the shop. The Tahoe had issues with the charging system and the transmission was stuck in 4x4. Once the battery was replaced and the vehicle was started the transmission reset. They also found a problem with fuel system and addressed that as well. We so appreciate knowing there is a place closer than the Soo that will take care of our vehicles. Thank you
